At ContactLink Solutions (CLS), we are seeking skilled and professional interpreters across the United States to support in-person interpretation assignments in various locations.

We welcome applications from interpreters fluent in English and one or more additional languages who are passionate about facilitating effective communication and providing high-quality interpretation services.

As an on-site interpreter, you will play an essential role in bridging language barriers and ensuring accurate communication between individuals in professional settings.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language

• Must be based in the United States

• Minimum 1 year of professional interpretation experience

• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills

• Strong interpersonal communication and cultural awareness

• Ability to accurately convey messages without omissions, additions, or alterations

• Professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to interpretation protocols

• Ability to travel to assigned on-site locations within your area

• Experience in medical, healthcare, legal, or community interpretation is highly valued

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and professional face-to-face interpretation between English and your working language(s)

• Facilitate effective communication between clients and individuals with limited English proficiency

• Maintain confidentiality and follow the interpreter's code of ethics

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism during assignments

• Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly healthcare and medical terminology

• Communicate effectively with the coordination team regarding assignment availability
