Job Description: The Operations Team Leader is responsible to ensure Interpreters are performing according to our client expectations, working on any area of opportunity needed by providing real time support, proper coaching/follow up when needed. As well as ensuring all KPI´s targets are reached.
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain constant and effective communication with our Interpreters Team. - Collaborate with different Departments to Coordinate Efforts. - Generate reports and analysis in Excel and Office 365 Apps to support decision-making process.
Requirements: - Knowledge in the Interpretation Industry. - Proficiency in Excel (Medium - Advance) and Microsoft Office 365. - Strong English skills (Above 85%). - Minimum of 3 years if experience in Leadership/Staff Members.
