We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Data Solutions Specialist to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and developing innovative reporting solutions that support business growth.
You will work closely with multiple departments across the organization to design dashboards, automate reporting processes, develop KPIs, and build scalable data solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Create and manage KPIs, scorecards, and operational reports for various business areas.
- Develop and maintain databases, data models, and reporting structures.
- Collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with Operations, QA, Recruitment, HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to understand business reporting needs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support for dashboards and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar role.
- Advanced experience with Power BI (dashboard development and data visualization)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or API integrations.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and quality.
- Proactive approach to automation and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communicator who can translate business needs into technical solutions.
