At CLS, we are seeking a Recruiter Team Leader who combines strong operational leadership with international recruitment expertise. This role is essential to ensure effective hiring processes, guide the recruitment team, and guarantee that interpreters meet client expectations and performance standards.
Job Description
The Recruiter Team Leader will oversee the recruitment team, manage interpreter onboarding, and coordinate efforts across departments. This position requires a proactive leader who can balance talent acquisition with operational coaching, ensuring recruitment goals and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with different Departments to Coordinate Efforts.
- Oversee recruitment processes, interviews, and multicultural onboarding.
- Generate reports and analysis using Excel and Office 365 to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in team leadership and/or recruitment.
- Knowledge of the interpretation industry and/or international recruitment.
- Advanced English skills (minimum 85%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Strong communication, organizational, and talent management skills.
