QA Analyst and Trainer
The Quality Analyst (QA) plays a critical role in ensuring that interpretation services consistently meet established quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. This position focuses on call monitoring, performance evaluation, reporting, coaching support, and continuous improvement across interpreter operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate interpreter calls to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with QA standards.
  • Complete weekly call evaluations and document performance using QA scorecards.
  • Generate quality reports, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support coaching efforts with interpreters.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, confidentiality, and the interpreter code of ethics.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to maintain scoring consistency.
  • Support interpreter onboarding, testing, and certification processes.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendor partners on QA reviews, concerns, and performance updates.
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Previous experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Previous Interpreter experience preferred
