🖥 Position: Operations Team Leader.
📍 Location: Santa Ana, El Salvador.
💼 Work Type: Hybrid (Home Office and On-Site 1 day a week).

At CLS, we're seeking a Recruiter to help us identify and onboard interpreters from USA and around the world. We’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and skilled at building strong talent pipelines — especially for hard-to-find languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a global network of interpreter candidates
Source and recruit talent across multiple international platforms
Collaborate with internal departments and utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills
Previous recruitment experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
